Our summer reading for 2024 is Celeste Ng’s, Little Fires Everywhere. There’s no work to do other than read it before school starts; we’ll dig into the novel for our first unit. Since we will all have read it, we’ll be moving fast…several chapters each time we meet. Oh, and there will be a quickie, open-ended assessment to kick off our study–if you have read the book, there’s no need to cram for it! 😊
